Solo & Partnered Warm-Up Exercises
Partnered Drills for developing tools and the ability to apply them
Footwork patterns & shadow boxing
Heavy bag practice
Pad-hitting with partners and coaches
New levels of fitness and personal development
Mixes
Classic Western Boxing, with occasional cross-training in “Bareknuckle” training methods and concepts.
