Boombox is excited to offer regular weekly Boxing lessons! Great for all experience and fitness levels, Boombox Boxing training will bring your body and mind to new levels of health and fitness, as you refine the punching and defense techniques boxing is known for.

  • Solo & Partnered Warm-Up Exercises

  • Partnered Drills for developing tools and the ability to apply them

  • Footwork patterns & shadow boxing

  • Heavy bag practice

  • Pad-hitting with partners and coaches

  • New levels of fitness and personal development

Mixes

Classic Western Boxing, with occasional cross-training in “Bareknuckle” training methods and concepts.
