First time? No worries! Limited supplies are available for use during class.
Just bring yourself, water, and comfortable clothes.
Most people train barefoot or in socks, though we do have a matted area available for those who choose to train in Boxing or Wrestling shoes.
We do require outdoor shoes to be removed upon arrival.
If you already have your own gloves and other equipment, that's great, please bring whatever you're already comfortable using.

While Boombox Kickboxing & Martial Arts does not necesarrily have a traditional uniform protocol, we ask that outdoor shoes are not worn on the mats at this time. We do have a large section of mats where indoor-only gym shoes can be worn if that is your preference. Generally speaking, feel free to wear clothes you’re comfortable working out and stretching in.
Jiu-Jitsu: Our Grappling Program is broken into 2 parts: Gi, and No-Gi. The traditional Jiu-Jitsu kimono/uniform, called a "Gi", is required for regular participation in the Gi classes. However you are welcomed to try a class in regular workout clothes before you invest in your own uniform.
