Freestyle & Flow

In one of the most unique martial art classes you’ll ever find, the focus here is “Flow.” That being, “Flowing from one technique to another”, or “Going With the Flow”, or most importantly, “Accessing ‘The Flow State’.”

Learn a truly diverse blend of training methods that traverse both time and geography in their origins, and specifically support your total self awareness. Partnered drills give the student an ability to synchronize and syncopate with other people’s natural rhythms, supporting both our interpersonal abilities, and the tactile awareness needed to operate efficiently as a martial artist. Solo movement exercises include patterned forms from a host of different art forms, perfect for you home-based movement practice and increasingly healthy lifestyle. This class is often accompanied by live music.
