Conditioning Rounds

Sweat and Smile your way to better health! Enjoy safely training a dynamic variety of punch, kick, knee, and elbow combinations, suitable for all experience and fitness levels. An invigorating group warm up and calisthenic workout is followed by 5 rounds of go-at-your-own-pace partnered kickboxing pad work, resulting in a truly functional fitness session that leaves the team with that great Muay Thai Runner’s High.
